2. Renovação de Assinaturas
- Assinaturas Mensais: As renovações mensais são automáticas. Para evitar cobranças indesejadas, recomendamos o cancelamento da assinatura antes da data de renovação.
- Assinaturas Anuais: Em caso de cancelamento antecipado de assinaturas anuais, não realizamos reembolsos proporcionais ao período não utilizado.

- Informe no corpo do e-mail:

- Data da contratação
- Motivo da solicitação (opcional, mas nos ajuda a melhorar nossos serviços)
Nosso time de suporte analisará a solicitação e retornará em até 5 dias úteis com a resposta.
4. Exceções
- Erros de Cobrança: Em casos comprovados de cobranças indevidas ou duplicadas, realizaremos o estorno integral do valor cobrado erroneamente.
- Promoções e Campanhas Especiais: Condições específicas de reembolso podem ser aplicadas em promoções ou campanhas específicas. Nestes casos, as regras serão informadas previamente.
5. Considerações Finais
- O reembolso, quando aprovado, será realizado através do mesmo método de pagamento utilizado na contratação.
- O prazo para o valor ser creditado pode variar conforme a operadora do cartão ou instituição financeira.
